Nice restaurant more in bistro style. Everything clean and well maintained. Good salad variations.

Super nice location and great location. Unfortunately, relatively insanely expensive. If you want a schnitzel with sauce, french fries and salad, you have to pay at least € 23. You order everything separately there, whether sauce, fries or salad, which is why it all adds up. For the money and a real Wiener Schnitzel go to Klara, everything is regional and homemade!

Nice, modern ambience. The roof terrace is great. Delicious meal.

Pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast concept is great, you can put your breakfast together like a checklist and there is a great selection. The coffee tastes really delicious. Service is on the ball and friendly.

Very friendly staff, super nice atmosphere

First of all, the positive things: The upper area has become really nice and the new map is very appealing. The breakfast was rather disappointing. The Egg-Florentine was served on a soggy buttered toast and the poached egg was completely hard inside. The cappuccino with oat milk was not frothed and therefore actually a white coffee by definition - and that at 50 cents surcharge. There is definitely still room for improvement.

We went here for breakfast and it was so extremely delicious !!! Really great. Our waitress was super friendly and everything was just right. The selection could be increased by a few vegan alternatives, but even in this area there is already a selection such as different milk alternatives. Clearly 5 stars for me. I'll be back!

I liked this place a lot before. First time back since it reopened, we went around 6pm for dinner. I ordered a burger, half an hour later I was sick. Ruined my evening.

Absolute disaster! 0 star rating! If you want to have burnt tasteless patties in which about 1 liter of ketchup was shaken, which makes the burger completely inedible, this is the right place for you. When you're hungry, you eat everything. So did I - to the point where it was no longer possible to eat a burnt patty dipped in ketchup. When the young waiter came and I explained the situation to him in calm words, his words were: "Oh, okey. That would be € 20.50". I then: "I will not come to eat here again." Waiter: "Yeah, bar or card?". I paid and asked the waiter to tell the boss to cook his food with more love. Even though I showed the waiter my burnt patty, he was ZERO interested in what happened to the customer. I am still wondering how to cook a 2cm thick patty.

Large menu and drinks menu. I haven't tried everything yet, but what I've eaten so far has been very tasty. The in-house dressing is recommended!

We have been coming to Café Central for breakfast for some time (even before the renovation), as the quality of the dishes and the large selection of the breakfast menu have convinced us several times (in the meantime we have tried almost all of the dishes and found them to be delicious and also optically always very appealing) The drinks are of consistently good quality and always prepared with care. However, our visit this week was anything but pleasant ... we were served by at least 3 different service staff who were all very excited about the area, but hardly had a minute of attention for us. Including a young, dark-haired man and a lady with blond hair tied up. Usually we are served by a very friendly, dark-haired lady with an Eastern European accent. We ordered omelettes, mixed breakfasts, and pancakes. As always, the dishes were delicious and fresh, as was the cappuccino. Everything could have been a bit warmer, you heard several times that the kitchen had rung, but the service staff didn't seem to really care as they were more busy talking to each other or standing in front of the bar. A lady sipped her coffee steadfastly. All in all, very disappointing, we got the bill after two requests, and you felt a bit processed. Since we don't know that from you, maybe think about a service training. The ladies and guys behind the bar and in the kitchen can try so hard if the service isn't right. Next time we would love to give 5 stars.

We ate burger one with meet one as beyond. We ordered a honey dip to our pommes but they filled the wrong dip inside. So it came with something like horseradish. The meet was not hot but the rest was good and very friendly staff.

Place is nice but prices do not justify quality in the case of drinks.

Good fresh, wholesome food. Attentive service. Pleasant views of the marketplace square. I’d come again for their schnitzel. Addendum: Returned in the evening. Great ambience. All tables full. Had a rump steak. Excellent, cooked precisely as requested medium rare. Taste was spot on. We’re coming back again as we are in Hanau for three days! Addendum 2. Returned again! Served delicious steak and fries... tasty! The schnitzel was also excellent according to my wife. Sad that this will be our final meal here as we leave Hanau.

I like to be in Central. Especially for breakfast and for cocktails. The menu is otherwise solid and delicious - but not super creative or high quality. The service is usually excellent - the location anyway.

Polite staff and fast serving. I ordered a pulled pork burger... It was big, messy, gorgeous and delicious, washed it down with a good beer. Got stuffed with a good meal at a reasonable price.

The selection is minimal, the card changes frequently, but the selection remains small. The operation looks like it doesn't have much to use and is therefore relatively unfriendly and listless. I had the "hot love" for dessert, the ice cream and the sauce were delicious but the currants were still hanging on their strands, the consumption was not particularly pleasant. As a second choice, I ordered a Hendricks gin, which was nothing to complain about. The ice cubes were placed separately on the table. Conclusion: If I had the choice to go somewhere else I would do it

I usually go there to drink some beer, but yesterday me and my boyfriend ordered some oreo pancakes and "Heisse Liebe". What to say? It was nice, but prices are high. I don't mind to pay almost 7 € for pancakes but atleast make them bigger! P.S. sorry for quality...

I went there to drink something at the night. The place seems okay considering that its in the center of the city the prices are high enough.

It's usually full, service is somewhat slow and seems to have a high turnover rate. The food is pretty decent, but considering the sky-high prices, you'd hope it is.
